I welcome all articles, blogs, opinions, personal experiences and hard lessons learned on this journey.  As I become less fearful, I will do my best to keep all MOTHER's informed and try to make you feel as strong and fearless as I try to be!

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

My child's father abandoned me when I told him I was pregnant NOV 2000 and “resurfaced” 9/11/01.... and here we go!

I am VERY new to "putting my business in the street", however, I am becoming recently empowered by realizing that my family's "story" is needing to be known and learned from as I am learning from all of yours.

IN BRIEF:

The seeds of our roller-coaster started cultivation on 9/11/01. It was the day my (at the time) 3 month old, beautiful son met his father for the first time. Ironic, huh? Within 30 days his father had carte blanche, if you will. BELIEVE that he has taken FULL advantage of my (in his words) “kindness and generosity.”

On 3/12/2009 I found out, what I know to be today, as JUDICIAL KIDNAPPING was all about. Google those 2 words. OH the things YOU WILL LEARN!!

Since 4/2012 I have been/spoken to, cried, screamed, pleaded with and demanded justice for mine and all families that are perpetual victims: (139) law offices/lawyers, COPS, DCF, several phone calls to (Department's Statewide Director of Children's Legal Services) MARY CAGLE's office, only to have her staff and underlings that she passes my calls to respond, RICK SCOTT, The UNITED STATE AIR FORCE command center's, the fathers commanding officers, the DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, Legal Aid, The “current” JUDGE and his J.A., ANYONE, EVERYONE and as stupid as this sounds now.... THE FATHER himself. All to 100% no avail.

Per the Volusia County Clerk Of Court file shows, we BOTH have “PRIMARY” custody. as if

I answered this question on AVVO today... 4/24/12  She is from Brooksville, Fl. and at the time was 17.  This was her question....When my child was born the father refused to sign the birth cirtifitkit. Now he is trying to take my child away from me. He calls dcf and lies, when they come out they find nothing wrong with my son they leave. but i dont know what to do. im 17 and still in school. my son is well cared for at all times. does he have the right to try to take my child from me? plus i live in pasco county now and he lives in hernando but they're making me go to hernando to do paper work and stuff. is that legal? i dont have money for a lawyer is there anyone who can help me for free?

Speaking from personal experience, you will NEVER have any lawyer "help" you for free or by paying them. (I challenge ANY attorney to prove ME wrong) The father will be able to lie, file false motions that WILL be heard by a FLA judge and ignore YOUR motions. The father will physically, mentally, verbally and psychologically ABUSE your child and continue his rein of terror on you and your family, because the lawyers and courts will TURN THE OTHER CHEEK on you and your child/ren and allow this narcissistic behavior. DCF WILL NOT do anything for TRUE allegations, even if YOUR CHILD is the one that tells the police officer called to “investigate”.

You are being told that your retainer is 5-7 thousand because of the complication of your case now? I hate to advise it, but DO IT while the fee is this LOW!!

After 6 years of fighting for my families freedom from this terrorist LT COL in USAF (and DON'T YOU FORGET IT), who, by the way, has stated UNDER OATH that he “...has never, nor is not currently a member of any military branch...” $5000.00 is a retainer for the APPEAL process. My fee for any attorney to even consider this case is $15,000.00 (FIFTEEN THOUSAND).

You will be told to call 911, if you ever feel harm for you or your child. The police will not waste their time with it. The reports will do no good. The police will tell you (even with DEATH THREAT phone calls) “... the State Atty probably wont do anything about this anyway, but do you still want me to write it up....?” Your answer should be YES!

WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN!!! This will do you no good in court or with the police or DCF, however, you MAY find solitude one day, to show your child that YOU ALWAYS DID RIGHT BY him/her. Your child WILL figure out what was done and WHO did WHAT.

You will find that crying and screaming and demanding justice for your family will fall on deaf ears. The “friends” that tell you “Oh, I'll go to court with you...” WILL NOT! If you have a strong Mother and father as I am lucky enough to have, KEEP THEM CLOSE. They are fighting with and for YOU just as you will be fighting for this miracle child that you have been given!

You are on an upward battle girl and you are NOT alone! CHIN UP KID! My thoughts will be with you daily.
